• Giveaway opens 24/07/24 and will close 20/8/24 midday (12:00 GMT) 

• To enter, you must fill out the competition sign-up form via the Jaques of London website.

• The winner will receive the entire prize bundle. Each party will contact the winner privately to confirm their details.

• JAQUES prize: Summer bundle worth £350+ from Jaques of London.

• BAILIFFSCOURT prize: 1 night stay for two in the Feature Room at Bailiffscourt including dinner, bed & breakfast and a pre-dinner glass of Sussex sparkling wine.

Terms of the Competition

• Entrants must be over 18 years of age to enter and be based in the United Kingdom.

• Your details will never be sent to a third party and will be exclusively used by the competition hosts (Jaques of London & Historic Sussex Hotels) for the purposes of email marketing. You can unsubscribe from this at any time. 

• The winners will be chosen at random by the competition hosts. They will be contacted via their given email address.

• The competition host will ask for: full postal address, full name and telephone number.

• Please allow the standard delivery time of 3-5 working days. If unforeseen circumstances do occur and results in the delay of your delivery, you will be informed by the competition hosts.

• In instances where certain giveaway products are out of stock, the winner will be sent an alternative product of a similar value.

• The winner will be informed by 22/08/24 between the hours of 9:00 - 17:00.

• The winner will have 48 hours to reply to claim their prize. If we do not receive correspondence within this period, another winner will be chosen at random to win the prize in their place.

• This promotional competition is not for resale, is non-refundable and non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. No cash refunds can be given under any circumstances.

• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

• The competition is in no way associated or endorsed by any social media platform.

• The competition hosts reserve the right to refuse, withdraw or disqualify any entry at any time.

• Bailiffscourt Hotel Stay T&C's: Valid for stays Sunday to Thursday,12 months from competition close date, subject to availability, excludes key dates including bank holidays, Goodwood events, Valentine’s, Christmas & New Year, prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative, any mailings will come from Historic Sussex Hotels
