Four in a Row
This version of the popular 4 in a row game follows the same rules but is attractively tactile and ideal for younger (or older) players. It is ideal for play indoors or outside in the garden.
The game is played between 2 players, each player having the 18 discs of one colour. Toss for start, which alternates.
Each player in turn places one disc in through the top wherever he or she wishes. The aim is to position 4 discs of one colour in a row either horizontally, vertically or diagonally, which immediately wins the game. Then unclip the bottom bar to release all the discs and start again. Simple – but infuriatingly difficult to win against an experienced player!
