I have recently bought 2 Delux Rummy Family games and was looking forward to giving them as presents to family, unfortunately one of the packages arrived with a dented tin. The other was in perfect condition. I have contacted the company twice and had no response at all not even an automated we are dealing with you enquiry. All I really require is a return label for the damaged game and a replacement storage Tin or new complete set. Please advise how long this process is going to take. Many thanks

Excellent game for two or more players. Easy to learn, not too many rules and comes in a really nice presentation tin, beautifully wrapped if you are buying it as a gift for someone.
