The Association Roller Croquet mallet striking faces are grooved concentrically to aid grip on the ball, in a similar way to some golf clubs, helping a player create good stop shots and roll shots.
Jaques Association Roller mallet handle is octagonal and made of Ash spliced with Malacca cane giving extra spring to the shot and is fitted with a superb Carbotec grip.
The Association Roller model also includes Jaques patented Roller design, helping the player adopt a low grip when playing roll shots. The Croquet mallet is normally produced to about 3lb, generally the most popular weight, however slightly heavier or lighter weights are available.
