Terms of competition

• Entrants must be over 16 years of age to enter and be based in the United Kingdom.

• The winners will be chosen at random by Jaques of London. They will be contacted via their given email address.

• Jaques of London will ask for: full postal address, full name, telephone number and the age of the child the gift is for to have the prize selected appropriately and sent.

• The winner will be informed by Monday 27th November between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00.

• The winner will have 48 hours to reply to claim their prize. If we do not receive correspondence within this period, another winner will be chosen at random to win the product in their place.

• Please allow the standard delivery time of 3-5 working days for the delivery of your prize. If unforeseen circumstances do occur and results in the delay of your delivery, you will be informed by Jaques of London.

• In instances where certain giveaway products are out of stock, the winner will be sent an alternative product of a similar value.
