Jaques' Bagatelle game is based on our original design as supplied personally to Queen Victoria. History records the existence of table-based games back to the 15th century, and a 19th-century Jaques' Bagatelle set is lovingly preserved in the Jaques' museum. . While some Bagatelle sets used the side-rail pocket system of some modern Bagatelle game boards, others became smaller and had the holes placed in strategic areas in the middle of the table.

Jaques' Bagatelle game board design is now the standard Bagatelle game board design for playing Bagatelle all around the world. Expertly crafted to regulation size and layout, each set features superb hardwood construction with a Mahogany finish on the frame and comes complete with brass finish scoring pins, gold-blocked numbers, 20 chrome steel bagatelle balls and baize back to protect polished surfaces from scratches that non-baize-lined bagatelle boards can create. This beautiful wooden board comes complete with original facsimile Jaques' bagatelle board playing instructions as they were 100 years ago. Size approx. 76 x 38cm. or 30" x 15".
