Rounders Bat Set

The 'Family' range is a new concept which takes Jaques' 215 years of gaming expertise and presents it in a more affordable "Family" range. The History of rounders starts in Great Britain and Ireland during the reign of the Tudors. The game centres on innings where teams of up to nine on each side take alternate turns in batting and fielding. Points (or 'Rounders') are scored by the batting team by completing a circuit around the field through four bases/posts, without being put 'out'. Jaques' have been making rounders equipment for over 50 years and this new Family set offers the game at a more affordable price, albeit without the handcrafted finish Jaques are famous for. The Jaques' Family Rounders Stick & Ball features a beautiful rounders bat with a Jaques' patented corrigrip. The set also comes complete with a Jaques' safeplay rounders ball and full instructions.
