Croquet Girl SC Adams played in the juniors competition at the Waireka Club while the seniors were at Allenton.

The annual competition sees Canterbury take on South Canterbury, which encompasses Mid Canterbury's clubs, in senior and juniors in both association and golf.

Overall the South Canterbury players were beaten by their Canterbury counterparts with the junior going down by four hoops while the seniors were easily accounted for by a superior Canterbury side.

The 14 year old Adams however not a rarity in the sport these days with a number of younger players taking up the sport.
